These terms govern your use of the Mohid Electronics website and any quote or service request you submit through it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Mohid Electronics LLC - Free Zone, license number 2648659.01, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E..

2. Quotations

Quotations issued in response to a request are estimates based on the information you provide. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed in writing before any order is accepted, and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

3. Service visits

Service visit bookings are subject to technician availability and confirmation. Diagnostic charges, parts and labour are quoted separately once the printer has been inspected. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment during the visit.

4. Warranty

Parts supplied by Mohid Electronics carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship on service visits is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of the visit for the same reported fault, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

5. Payment

Unless agreed in writing, payment for parts and services is due on invoice. Late payment may attract charges permitted under UAE law.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order or service visit is limited to the value of the parts or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
